Vicki Fenby, Customer Relations Representative, joined our team in 2011 as our main Receptionist, handling incoming calls & establishing relationships with our doctors & their staff. With an attention to detail & exceptional organizational & writing skills, she has created & implemented several tools to help day-to-day operations in the lab run smoothly.
Vicki manages our Reception Department & our Seminars, working closely with our Owners, Department Managers, Marketing & Sales Teams to provide our customers with the personalized customer service they deserve. She is also a Notary Public for the State of Maryland and the Coordinator of our on-site CDT Testing.

Kayleigh Zerance, Customer Support Specialist, joined our Reception Department in 2016. Kayleigh assists with our continuing education seminars & is a great support to our doctors. She works with our Managerial Team in Reception, Shipping & Receiving, Marketing & Customer Service. With an attention to detail, Kayleigh enjoys interacting with our doctors as she follows up on cases, sends out welcome packets to new clients & helps provide personalized service to our existing clients.
